The ~1,400-sq-ft addition included a sunroom, bedroom, and bathroom. Our work involved the kitchenet, heated bathroom floors, new sub-panel feed, and LED lighting with dimming capability.
Rehabilitating this ~2,200-sq-ft space involved the addition of a second floor. It included a service panel upgrade, installation of LED lighting, and all-new wiring that was up to current codes.
Northwest Patio Kitchen
This customer wanted to live well in the outdoors, so we handled the electrical work for the outdoor kitchen and lighting, as well as a fire pit feature that worked by remote control.
Commercial New Construction
This new construction of a 10,000-sq-ft retail structure involved installing a turnkey electrical system, including a lighting package, lighting control, site lighting with exterior electrical, and HVAC automation.
This tenant buildout was in a ~5,000-sq-ft warehouse area. We handled the electrical work for the offices, bathrooms, and breaker rooms, as well as an LED lighting package with automation.
Upper Marlboro Lot Lighting
For this project, we provided a lighting consultation and performed the electrical work for parking lot lighting with a control system.
Commercial Service in Waldorf, MD
Our team performed commercial electrical service for this new construction retail store, which entailed setting and installing all the equipment and feeders.
